This property is located in the town of Caldera within the district of Boquete in the province of Chiriqui. There is direct access to the property via car on paved roads and the property has 700 meters of paved road frontage.

Total property area is 35.4 hectares (353,973 sq mtrs) or 87.5 acres. The owner is willing to sell the rear corner of the property that encompasses 6 hectares or 14.8 acres. So the purchase options are either the whole total land area or the rear 6 hectare portion. No other sub-division will be possible.

The land is in a semi-rural area and is directly across the road from a beautiful eco-tourist project which brings public service access to electricity. Drinking water is provided by the Rio Caldera which runs along one side of the property. The Rio Caldera is fed by a fresh water spring and access to the water is created by 4 inch pipes directly to a water reserve tank.

Inside access is provided by a dirt service road that runs through part of the property from the paved main road.
