The rear Terrace is large and as wide as the house.

There are two guest bedrooms or 1 guest room and 1 office/study. The master bedroom is large with a walk-in closet & floor safe. There are two sinks and granite counters in the master bath. The master has access to the Terrace through glass sliding doors and views of the pool, backyard and golf course. There is a handy pantry in the kitchen and granite counters.

Every room has air conditioniners and ceiling fans.

Also included with the sale of the property is the private membership to the Coronado Golf and Beach Resort. The transfer fee to new owners is a one-time charge of $3,600 paid directly to The Coronado Golf and Beach Resort. The monthly membership dues are $140 per month for part-time Panama residents or $280 per month for full-time Panama residents. The membership gives you lifetime green fees & you can golf as much as you want.

Members also have access to the Club facilities including; 2 restaurants, 2 swimming pools, gymnasium, Spa, Beach club on the Pacific Ocean, tennis courts, pro shop, 18 hole golf course, 9 hole executive course and driving range and more.

This home also has a transferable Tax Exoneration registered through 2032.
